Preston Village Dues are $157 for single family homes and $78 for townhomes per quarter.
This includes: common area landscape maintenance, pool, shelter, lake with fountain, entrances, utilities: lighting & irrigation, management fees and Association insurance.
Payments are handled by PPM Management Company.
Methods of Payment
Set up an automatic draft of your dues by completing the automatic draft form and submitting it, along with a voided check, to PPM via email (), fax (919-844-9969), or mail to our physical location (11010 Raven Ridge Road, Raleigh, NC, 27614).
PPM offers online payments at https://ppm.cincweb.com/ using e-checks and a number of major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Go to this website and complete the registration process.
Mail a check to: PPM, Inc., PO Box 97006, Raleigh, NC 27624. Checks should be made payable to the Preston Village Association.
Please remember that Preston Village Association dues are due on the first day of the billing period, which will always fall on the 1st (i.e., January 1, April 1, October 1, etc.). All Associations have a grace period to allow for payment processing; however, submitting payment after the 1st may result in late fees. To prevent the possibility of a late fee from being assessed to your account, ensure you pay by the due date.
Legal Documents are available online under the governing documents category on the Documents page for your convenience. Please ensure all potential buyers are fully aware that an HOA exists, that membership is mandatory for each owner, and that membership entails abiding by the legal documents and paying the assessments.

The transfer fee is $95.00.
